  • HOW TO USE
    1. Start with clean skin. Apply 3–5 drops of your favourite FACEGYM face oil to help the cups glide.
    2. Place the cup on the skin, squeeze and release to create suction.
    3. Glide the cup outwards across the face, always working from the centre out.
    4. To release, gently pinch the cup and lift.

    Use the small cups for precision areas such as under the eyes, around the nose and mouth. Use the large cups across the cheeks, jawline, forehead and neck.
