I received my order, and I was disappointed. It seemed like someone had already opened the product, as there was a lot of dust on the stickers, and they were not sticking. Additionally, the ball has a defect, and it looks like it will start peeling soon. I contacted customer care, they told me that they would send a label to send it back. And there was no follow-up after. I gave up. I will use it as it is. I have been following the brand for a while. I was expecting smooth purchasing, but it did not happen.
