• WHY HAS THE PACKAGING CHANGED?

  Active Blast packaging has changed in line with our sustainability goals. It is now packaged in a sleek, glass test tube which is infinitely recyclable and we have removed all plastic from the packaging. The secondary box is made from FSC sourced card so the sleeve and fitments are all fully recyclable and can be popped into your regular household recycling.

• HAS THE FORMULA CHANGED?

  No, our Active Blast spheres are made using the same formula you know and love. We’ve just given the packaging a more eco-conscious makeover.
  

• WHY DO I HAVE TO USE ACTIVE BLAST WITH A WATER-BASED SERUM?

  Each Active Blast individual sphere is specially preserved using freezing temperatures. Using a water-based serum will ensure that the active ingredients are delivered to the deeper layers of the skin to achieve the maximum results. Using an oil-based product will prevent this process from happening causing the active ingredients to sit closer to the skin’s surface. FaceGym’s Hydro Bound is a water-based serum.
  

• I AM A VEGAN. I HAVE HEARD THAT COLLAGEN IS MADE FROM ANIMALS.

  The collagen used in our Active Blast is derived from fermented yeast, a non-animal collagen, and is vegan and halal accredited. Research into this form of vegan collagen has taken over 14-years. It has 200 times the performance over traditional collagen and 6 times the repairing ability compared to fish collagen. FaceGym is the first to introduce a vegan collagen skin booster.
  

• CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE SPHERE AT A TIME?

  It is not recommended as each Active Blast sphere has been specifically measured to give the required amount of collagen in a single application. To achieve optimum results, it is recommended that a 4-week bootcamp is followed, however, some people see visible results in just 7-days.

• I AM ONLY IN MY 20S. DO I NEED TO USE COLLAGEN?

  After the age of 20 the skin starts to produce less collagen, around 1% per year. It would be advisable to start using a collagen product as a preventative measure to help keep the skin supple. Active Blast is suitable for all ages to help prevent the signs of ageing.
