How do I create an Auto-Replenish subscription? +
Creating an Auto-Replenish subscription is as easy as 1, 2, 3. Simply tell us your favourite skincare products, how often you want to replenish and complete your subscription at the checkout. Then, we’ll take over and handle the rest, you just sit back and get excited for your deliveries to begin.
How do I pause or cancel an Auto-Replenish subscription? +
You are in control – pause or cancel at any time by clicking on ‘Manage subscriptions’ in your account. But hey, don't forget that you can easily change the frequency or skip your next delivery if you’d prefer.
How do I change the frequency of my subscription? +
You can change the frequency of Auto-Replenish deliveries in your account settings. You can choose to receive them every 4, 8 or 12 weeks. Please go to 'My Account', select 'Manage subscriptions' and go to the 'Frequency' section.
How do I change my Auto-Replenish delivery address? +
To edit your Auto-Replenish delivery address, please go to 'My Account', select 'Manage subscriptions' and go to the 'Address' section.
Can I gift an Auto-Replenish subscription to someone else? +
You can! Simply add the recipient’s email address during the Auto-Replenish subscription process. Please note, we cannot amend the name of the recipient.
Where are my bank details held? +
We do not hold any card or payment details for your Auto-Replenish subscription. They are held by a secure third-party provider.
My Auto-Replenish delivery is late/did not arrive. +
We're sorry your delivery has not yet arrived. Please check the tracking link provided in the postage confirmation email. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact email@example.com.
I'd like more information about a specific product/class. +
For more information on a particular class or product, please head back to the main website and find the item you are interested in – the product page will provide plenty of relevant information, such as results, ingredients and more. There's also an FAQs section listed at the bottom of every page. If you need any further information, we're always happy to help, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I create an Auto-Replenish subscription if I live outside the UK/USA?+ +
Whilst you can subscribe to our Auto-Replenish service from anywhere in the world, we cannot guarantee that items will not be changed import fees and taxes by your country of residence. Within the EU we cover all import fees and taxes for orders over £135/EU150, however, we would like to inform you that as a result of the Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) being introduced by the European Union on 1st July 2021, we will not be able to cover additional import taxes and duties for any EU orders with a value less than €150 (£135) under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms from our UK warehouse. If the total goods value is less than €150 (£135) we will gladly dispatch your order but, please be advised customers are responsible for covering any duties and taxes incurred before receiving the parcel. For all orders shipped outside of the UK, EU and United States, Delivery Duty is unpaid (DDU). This means you may be liable to pay local sales taxes and customs duties on arrival of your FACEGYM order. FACEGYM cannot accept responsibility for any of these costs. Furthermore, as rules on duties and taxes differ from country to country, FACEGYM TM are unable to advise on customs tariffs and amounts.
