FAQs

• How often should I get a Workout?

  At FACEGYM, we're working to build muscle memory. While you may see results after one session, we recommend coming at least once per month to biweekly for longer lasting results.

• What Workouts do you offer?

  We have two signature Workouts: Signature Hands and Signature Sculpt™.

  Signature Sculpt™ is our original collagen boosting Workout delivers instantly sculpted, lifted, less puffy appearance by combining facial massage, electronic muscle stimulation (EMS) technology and our targeted skincare.

  Signature Hands is our hands-only Workout sculpts and lifts while focusing on tension release, deep relaxation and detoxification through targeted lymphatic facial massage (no EMS is used)

• Do you take pre payment for appointments?

  No we do not. A pre approval is taken from your card on booking and paid in full at reception upon completion of the booking. If there is a no show for an appointment, and it has not been cancelled or rescheduled (over 24 hours hours before the appointment) we will charge the credit card held on file.

• What is your cancellation policy?

  Bookings must be cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the booking. To Cancel or Reschedule, You can manage your bookings by logging into your account online and using the app., or please ring the studio using our studio finder. If you cancel within 24 hours you will be charged the full amount.

• What if I want to reschedule my appointment?

  You can now reschedule your Workout using our app or the "My account" on our website. Please go to the "My Account" section of the website, login here and you will be able to reschedule to a time and date of your choosing. Please do let me know if you need any further assistance or have any issues and we can action for you.

• What if I want to cancel my appointment?

  You can now cancel your appointment using "My account" on our website. Please go to the "My Account" section of the website, login and you will be able to cancel or reschedule to a time and date of your choosing. Please note, for cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment date you will be charged 100% of your Workout cost in line with our terms and conditions.

• Do you accept same day and walk-in appoinments?

  Yes, subject to availability. If you book a same day appointment, our scheduling policy still applies and you will be charged the full price if you need to reschedule or cancel.

• Which of your Workouts are safe when breastfeeding?

  Our Signature Sculpt™ and Signature Hands are both safe when breastfeeding. The only Booster not safe is our Hydration Restoration which uses cryotherapy.

• Does the Workout include extractions?

  No, but our Intense Cleanse is a gentler alternative to extractions. It can help dissolve keratin plugs and unclog pores.

• What is your age minimum to receive Workouts?

  The minimum age we offer Workouts is 16 for our Signature Hands treatmentwithoutBoosters. For 16-17 year olds we require a parent present. All other treatments are 18+

• How do I sign up for a membership?

  You can sign up online here or in the studio where one of our team will walk you through the process.
