Use of Your Data

The information you provide to us will be used by us in order to supply you with our goods and services under our Terms and Conditions. We may also collect information about your buying behaviour in order to contact you from time to time by e-mail or mail with details of carefully selected products or special offers which may be of interest to you.

We will never send you our promotional e-mails or SMS without your consent. Any promotional email that you receive from us will also allow you to unsubscribe to further email promotions if you decide at a later stage that you no longer wish to receive emails with news and special offers from FaceGym.

How do I unsubscribe from the FACEGYM newsletter?

If you have registered (either on our website or in studio) to receive email updates from us, and you no longer wish to receive these, you can remove your email address from our list at any time. All email newsletters sent to you will contain an easy automated unsubscribe link at the bottom and you can opt-out by simply following the instructions.

Data Storage and Transfer

Information we hold about you is stored and processed on our secure servers and may be shared with and stored by certain of our carefully selected data sub-processors.

SMS (Klaviyo)

The FACEGYM website uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart including when you have abandoned your cart and this information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS. This excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
