How to use

While we do everything we can to make sure your order is cleared by customs, we advise that you check with your local customs, before importing anything to your country that may be stopped or have charges applied. Returns

If an item is damaged please contact FaceGym immediately.

FaceGym will accept returns of unused products in their original packaging purchased at any FaceGym studio or our online store (www.facegym.com) for a full refund, within 30 days with the original receipt or delivery note. When looking to Return or Exchange please go through the original channel or studio where you purchased your goods.

Unfortunately, FaceGym products purchased from other retailers are subject to the returns policies of those retailers and will not be accepted by FaceGym. If you need to make a return, please contact the retailer you bought your product from.

Please note, FaceGym gift cards may not be returned and should be treated like cash. They cannot be replaced if they're lost or stolen.

What are the contraindications of the Medi Lift Eye Mask?

How does the Medi Lift Eye Mask Work?

Just like a targeted body workout, the Medi Lift Eye Mask warms up the orbital area and then performs specific exercises to the surrounding eye muscles.

Before selecting one of the two 10-minute workouts (Lift and Brighten mode or Wrinkle Reducer mode), you need to apply an activator gel - our FaceGym Collagen Infusion Serum is recommended. Apply a generous amount to the orbital area, the top of your cheeks (not to the eyelids), plus a small amount to each of the electrodes on the device.

You can then choose from four intensity settings. It is recommended that you start on the lowest and build up as you get used to the sensation.

The electrodes perform EMS (electrical muscle stimulation) to the muscles surrounding the eye. These mild but powerful currents strengthen the muscle fibers - toning, boosting the circulation and improving skin firmness.

How often should I use the Medi Lift Eye Mask?

We recommend that you use it for 10 minutes each day and do not exceed this amount. We recommend that you alternate daily between the two available workouts for maximum results.

How long until I see results?

You will see results after 10 minutes of use. However, just like when you work out your body, long-term regular use is recommended to keep the muscles toned and lifted.

How do I prep my skin before using the Medi Lift Eye Mask?

After removing make-up and washing your face, apply conductor gel to the surrounding eye area, excluding the eyelids. We recommend the FaceGym Collagen Infusion Serum to allow the EMS to conduct.

How do I incorporate the Medi Lift Eye into my existing at-home skincare routine?

The device is best used AM or PM after cleansing and before applying your skincare products such as serum, eye cream, moisturizer and SPF.

I have the Medi Lift Mask. Can I use it simultaneously with the Medi Lift Eye Mask?

You cannot use the two masks together as they have been designed to be used one at a time to achieve optimum results.

How do I charge the Medi Lift Eye Mask?

Remove the electrodes from the mask and attach the magnetic charging points to each electrode. The charger is a USB socket that can be used on a laptop or with a plug adaptor (not supplied). The lights will flash red during charging and stop once fully charged

How do I clean the Medi Lift Eye Mask?

Remove the electrodes first. If they are dirty, wipe with a damp cloth only. The mask may be washed with warm water and diluted detergent. Do not use an alkaline or alcohol-based cleanser, as this will break down the mask. Leaving the mask without removing dirt or product residue may cause mould or discoloration.
